Melatonin, also known chemically as N-acetyl-5-methoxytryptamine, is a naturally occurring

hormone found in animals.  Melatonin is important in the regulation of the circadian rhythms of

several biological functions.  In layman’s terms, it helps your body know what to do and when to

do it with regard to sleep.  Magnesium is essential to all living cells, where they play a major role

in manipulating important biological polyphosphate compounds like ATP, DNA, and RNA.  Once

again, in layman’s terms, hundreds of enzymes require magnesium ions in order to function. 

Together Melatonin and Magnesium synergistically work to help consumers fall asleep faster

and sleep deeper or better.

Side Effects:

The only reported side effect of Melotrex®’s use is vivid dreams.  There is little to no risk of
